Time Limit: Refunds are not applicable after 30 days from the date of your fresh purchase.

Support Required First: Before requesting a refund, you must contact us to try and resolve any problems. Contact us and provide details about the issues. We handle problems as they come, with a typical resolution time of up to 3 business days.

Third-Party Conflicts: Refunds will not be approved if coding conflicts are related to any third-party extensions/themes installed on your store. We can offer support services in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.

No Support Requested: You are ineligible for a refund if the extension doesn't work as claimed and you have never asked for help.

Single Refund Limit: In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same extension.

Additional Services: We will not refund any fees/charges/amounts you paid for:

  • Custom services

Sales and Promotions: Purchasing extensions prior to sales or promotional campaigns cannot be a reason for refund.

WordPress Marketplace: If you purchased the extension from the WordPress Marketplace, you will need to follow their refund policy and contact them directly for the refund.

Terms Violation: Refunds will not be approved in case of violation of our terms and conditions and the license agreement.

How to Apply for a Refund?

Our specialists will confirm your order details and check for the validation of refund terms and eligibility.

Processing

Once we finalize to process your refund, we will reverse the amount of the purchase to your Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal account.

Step 4

Completion

The amount will be refunded to you within 7 business days depending on your Credit Card or PayPal service provider.

Post-Refund Obligations

After a refund is fulfilled, you agree to the following:

  • Remove the concerned extension(s) from your website/store
  • You are not allowed to redistribute, modify, or resell the extension in any way
  • You may not rent, lease, or lend the extension to anyone
  • We reserve the right to monitor your activities and take necessary action in case of any violation
